What size stove do I need?

Multiply the room that the stove is being installed in by its length, width and height and divide by 14. This will calculate the KW heat required. 

What happens after I place my order?

Once you have placed an order, we will send you an email confirming your order. We will be in touch again by email a few days later to advise of delivery/dispatch lead times.

Can I delay or change my order or delivery date?

If you wish to make changes to an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

What if something arrives damaged or is faulty?

We take every care to ensure your items arrive with you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event there is a problem, please contact us at sales@snug-stoves.com to report any damage or faulty items, using your order number as reference. Any report of damage must be accompanied with photographic evidence.

It is your responsibility to check all items upon delivery and report any discrepancies to us within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

How do I know if I have ordered the right items?

We advise checking the items you would like to purchase with your installer to make sure they confirm your order is suitable.

When will my order arrive?

We will email you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Some of our products are made to order - so they are made just for you and may take time before they are ready to be delivered. We work with various approved suppliers, who help us offer you a wider range of products.
